T3i End of life Announcement  

Dear Valued Customer,  

For more than 15 years, the Termatrac T3i has been a trusted tool in the industry, helping professionals like you deliver precise and comprehensive inspections with reliable results. We are proud of the long service life of the T3i and the role it has played in supporting your business. 

 However, due to the age of the technology and the fact that critical components are no longer available, the T3i has not been in production for several years now. In addition, we will be phasing out calibration and technical support services for the T3i in 2026, at which point it will reach its official end of service life. 

 In September 2025 we started to communicate this information to ensure you had ample time to plan. We know how time can get away from us when running a business, so we thought we would provide an update on the timeline. 

  • Repairs- No longer available 
  • Calibrations*- offered until June 30, 2026  
  • Software/Technical Support- will cease 31st December 2026 

*Should there be a fault or repair required upon inspection prior to calibration, Termatrac will contact you to discuss 

 Our latest iTraker devices are designed to carry forward the legacy of the T3i with enhanced features, improved accuracy, and full ongoing support. We currently have a March Holiday Special and happy to assist with your upgrade options.

FAQs

Yes, your device can still be calibrated up until 30th June 2026 

No. The T3i is no longer in production. As a result of that, spare parts are no longer available, and all spare parts have been exhausted.

The app will continue to work if downloaded to your device, but updates, support and new downloads will not be available from 31st December 2026.

No, the customer portal for T3i users will no longer be supported  

Due to the age of the technology and the fact that critical components are no longer available we are left with no option. 

In 2024 Termatrac launched the iTraker Model. This world class device has additional benefits, is more ergonomical, rechargeable device with a built-in battery and the addition of a thermal imaging camera in the Pro version. 

Training will be available for the iTraker Models for all new owners and as a refresher course. All T3i training material has now ceased. 

Of course! Consumers look for the latest technology from their service professionals and with the advantage of Radar, Moisture and Thermal, you have the ‘upper hand’. 

Eligible iTraker owners will soon be able to register on the “Radar Register” — a list of Termatrac owners on our website that homeowners can search to find a pest professional in their area. 

Depending upon the age of your device, we may be able to offer a discount on upgrading your device. This is available up until 30 June 2026.
