Is there any cost to enter?+
No Termatrac purchase or payment is required. Buying a product, booking a demonstration or consenting to marketing will not improve your odds. PestWorld attendee eligibility remains subject to final legal review.
How many times may I enter?+
One entry per eligible person. Duplicate or automated entries may be removed.
How will the winner be chosen?+
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The result remains subject to eligibility verification.
What information will Termatrac collect?+
Termatrac collects the details needed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the potential winner. Promotional contact is governed by the separate, optional marketing checkbox.
Is PestWorld or NPMA running this giveaway?+
No. The promotion is sponsored by Termatrac and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the National Pest Management Association, PestWorld or the event venue.

Official Rules
Before launch: Sponsor’s legal team must confirm the exact opening/closing times, drawing date, sponsor entity, governing law and whether the attendee-only restriction requires a free alternative method of entry.
1. Sponsor
The proposed Sponsor is Termatrac Pty Ltd, ACN 46 625 513 573, Unit 26, 20–22 Ellerslie Road, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, Australia, with a U.S. contact office at 821 Dawsonville Hwy, Suite 250 #320, Gainesville, GA, USA. Legal team to confirm the contracting/promoting entity before launch.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, work in the pest management industry, and are registered to attend PestWorld 2026. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor and its promotion partners, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion period
Proposed period: October 20–23, 2026, Central Time. Entries submitted outside the final approved opening and closing times will not be eligible. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeper. Exact times must be inserted before launch.
4. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, visit this page, complete all required fields, make the eligibility confirmations, accept these Official Rules and submit the form. Limit one entry per person and per email address. No automated, bulk, incomplete, false or misdirected entries are permitted. No Termatrac purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not improve the chance of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Termatrac iTraker Base prize suite with an approximate retail value of US$3,800. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.
6. Random drawing and odds
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The proposed drawing will occur after entries close on October 23, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The final drawing time and administrator must be approved before launch.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number supplied. They must respond within five business days, provide proof of eligibility and complete any declaration, release or tax documentation reasonably required by Sponsor. If they cannot be contacted, do not respond in time or are ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing.
8. Taxes and expenses
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any expense not expressly included in the prize. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
9. Privacy and communications
Entry information will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, contact the potential winner and meet legal obligations, in accordance with Termatrac’s Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional, separate from entry and may be withdrawn. Entry data should be retained only as long as reasonably required for promotion administration and legal recordkeeping.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, business name and prize information for promotion-related publicity without additional compensation. Any broader image, testimonial or content rights require separate written consent.
11. Conduct and administration
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, disrupts the promotion or violates these Rules. If fraud, technical failure or another event compromises the promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel it and, where fair and lawful, award the prize from eligible entries received before the action.
12. Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its promotion partners from claims arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize, except liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by NPMA, PestWorld or the venue. Governing law, venue and any mandatory dispute provisions must be supplied or approved by U.S. counsel before launch.
