Below are the key terms for the Holiday Voucher and the Termatrac device. Full details can be provided on request.
🎁Vacation Voucher — Terms & Conditions
There are no timeshare presentations required to use the vacation incentive; users activate online by prepaying the applicable hotel booking/service fees.
Hotels participate based on unsold room inventory; some peak periods (e.g., school holiday periods) may have limited availability or surcharges.
Voucher holders pay destination-specific booking/service fees to activate and reserve accommodation via the booking platform.
Travel can be completed within 18 months after activation; once the destination is chosen and fees are paid, the destination cannot be changed.
Activation/booking fees are final and non-refundable; after accommodation dates are confirmed, changes/cancellations may forfeit fees.
🛠️Termatrac Device — Terms & Conditions
1) Payment terms: Payment is due on delivery (COD) unless agreed in writing; proforma invoices may expire after 30 days.
2) Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates only; Termatrac is not liable for delays; risk of loss/damage passes to the buyer on delivery.
3) Title & ownership: Ownership passes when the seller receives full payment.
4) Returns & refunds: Goods may only be returned with prior written approval; refunds are subject to inspection and approval.
5) Liability: Seller’s liability is limited to replacing or repairing defective goods; not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6) Governing law: Governed by the laws of Australia; disputes subject to Australian courts.
7) Miscellaneous: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective; waiver of breach must be explicit.
